 Returns & Exchanges

  • In order to complete a return, all customers MUST give a written or verbal notice within 7 days of delivery of the intent to return.
  • You must return the item within 10 days of delivery.
  • Item must be returned in same condition as purchased.
  • Damaged items will not be accepted.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Please note that refunds and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis. 
  • You may exchange an item for another item of equal value.
